Marianne Barrinuevo, RN, MSN
"After receiving a brochure in the mail explaining the RN Fast Tracking Program, Teresa and I attended a lecture conducted by Dr. Frye. By the end of the lecture we knew the program was right for us. We enrolled that same day! We both earned our Associate Degree in Nursing in 2002 and our BSN Degree from West Haven University in July 2004. Our only regret is not learning about this program sooner."
(Ms. Barrinuevo earned her MSN in December 2006).

Josephine Uzowuru, ASN, RN
Ms. Uzowuru did not have an opportunity to attend graduation ceremony when her class graduated in 2001. So that she could enjoy the occasion with her family, she chose to attend the ceremony in 2004. Prior to entering the RN Fast Tracking Program, Josephine worked as a surgical technician. She used her skills as a technician to obtain a job in the operating room in a major hospital after obtaining her RN license. She is now the Operating Room Supervisor.

Barbara Zuzierla, RN, BSN
In January, 1998, Barbara Zuzierla completed the RN Fast Tracking Program. Following earning her RN license, this El Paso, Texas resident was selected to be the Chief Nurse Corps Officer for one of the major cruise lines on the East Coast. She later enrolled in the RN to BSN program offered by West Haven University and graduated in 2004. She was awarded a medal for her dedicated service to the university and her peers.

Julia Fisher, RN, BSN
I was an LVN for fifteen years and was locked in the same job with no real chance for advancement. Earning my license as an RN had been my goal for many years. Through Dr. Frye's program I was able to accomplish that goal in 2001 and then continued on to earn my Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. The "RN" beside my name has made all the difference in the world. I have since been promoted and now receive the respect from my patients, coworkers, and supervisors that I never experienced as an LVN.

Other LVNs I work with received the same brochure in the mail as I did but, for one reason or another, chose to not enroll. They are still LVNs."

Sherette Flowers, RN, NP, MSN(c)
"My career in nursing began when I received a brochure just like the one you are reading now. Never did I imagine as I was reading it that I would soon earn my license as an RN and later become a nurse practitioner. I cannot imagine a better program than the RN Fast Tracking Program or a better instructor than Dr. Frye. He made learning fun and I will always be indebted to him and his program."

Sherette Flowers enrolled in the RN Fast Tracking Program as an Emergency Medical Technician. Because she never received formal training in nursing, she spent extra time studying the information provided to her in the RN Fast Tracking Program and perfected her clinical skills by attending several clinical workshops. Through hard work and dedication she passed all the clinical and written examinations. Once she earned her degree, she applied for an Interim Permit with the California Board of Registered Nursing. At the same time, she was accepted into a "New Graduate Program" at a major hospital. She later passed her state boards with the minimum number of questions on the first attempt. Her achievement demonstrates what an individual can do when they are motivated and dedicated to a goal. You can hear (and see) her story on a DVD about the RN Fast Tracking Program. Please call (800) 570-8660 to order your free copy. In October 2005 Sherette completed a Family Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).

Imelda Gallegos, RN, BSN
"You would have to be crazy not to take advantage of this program," Imelda Gallegos, RN, BSN, responded when she was asked "What would you say to prospective students considering enrolling in the RN Fast Tracking Program.

When Imelda enrolled in the program, her cousin, who was a medical assistant, chose not to enroll for one reason or another. Ten years later her cousin is still working as a medical assistant. When presented an opportunity, people should choose to advance; Imelda did.

Imelda completed the RN Fast Tracking Program in September 1996. In January 2003 she commenced the RN to BSN Program with West Haven University. She is shown to the left with at the July 2004 graduation ceremony. Below is another picture of Imelda at her 1996 ADN graduation ceremony also with Dr. Frye.
