STEP
TWO: TRAINING MATERIALS: Training
material is sent upon completion of registration.
You
must complete the Home Study Course prior to scheduling for
clinical classroom skills training.

course assignments by mail, fax, or submit on the day of clinical

First day is for Intravenous Therapy Skills Training; Second day
is Blood Withdrawal Skills Training.
If
you are only registering for Intravenous Therapy, you will need
to attend the first day.
If
you are only registering for Blood Withdrawal Course, you will
need to attend the second day.
Attendance
is required on both days if taking the Intravenous Therapy and
Blood Withdrawal Course.
DATES LISTED MAY BE CANCELLED IF THERE IS INSUFFICIENT INTEREST
OR
NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO CLASS IS FULL.
You
will receive a confirmation letter by mail or e-mail, when you
schedule your clinical classroom
skills
training.
STEP
FOUR: COURSE CERTIFICATION: Upon
successful completion of the course, a copy of the
student’s certificate is mailed to the BVNPT by the Center for
Nurse Education and Training.
CANCELLATION
POLICY: You can cancel by phone, fax or e-mail.
If
the course materials is not mailed, full amount is refundable
minus $10 credit card fees if charged by credit card.
If
the course materials are mailed, and cancelled there is a $50
cancellation fee.
If
cancellation is more than 30 days after mailing the course, the
full amount is nonrefundable.
(You
may still attend class).
The
course materials must be returned in new condition (without
writing or marks) before any refunds could be made.Refunds will be
processed within 2 – 4 weeks.
